Associate Product Manager
As an Associate Product Manager at Meesho, you will be the ambassador of our customers, and address their needs and solve their problems by collaborating with our Engineering and Business teams. You will help design and implement our products, manage the end-to-end execution of product features, and contribute towards product vision and strategy.
Responsibilities and skills required for the APM role:
- Have an experience of at least 1–2 years in product/analyst roles
- Ability to understand and analyse user needs
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive product landscape and trends
- Ability to validate and pitch new product ideas
- Define features through detailed specifications, user stories and wireframes
- Proficient in Advanced Excel and Advanced SQL, including a hands on experience with data
Product Manager
Meesho is also looking to hire a Product Manager, who will develop and manage our seller facing products. He or she should be comfortable marshaling large amounts of data to make strategic decisions and build impactful products. As part of this role, you will be responsible for improving the most important metric of our platform — that of price, quality and variety in products listed. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders including Operations, Technology and Business Development teams to work on pricing strategy, and a road map to creation and product execution.
Responsibilities and skills required for the PM role:
- 1–4 years of product management or product design experience, preferably in the consumer internet/e-commerce industry
- Develop and define product roadmaps and feature concepts.
- Identify a new product, finalize requirements, plan, resource and deliver a new product
- Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers
- Deep understanding of customers, technology and competition, and to then synthesize into product strategy
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
- Define, document, and communicate objectives, requirements and constraints for product initiatives and releases
- Define and analyze metrics for the success of products
- Prowess in market landscaping & competitive analysis
- Should be able to track the health of the business, user engagement and product performance.
- External benchmarking with the competition and the market
- Analytical thinking and great problem-solving skills
