As part of the EA team, we play a key role in bringing methods to the chaos. We work closely with the Meesho leadership team to understand business objectives to finetune our processes, aligning our decisions and actions with company goals. About the Role
You will work closely with senior leaders, managing their calendars and providing end-to-end support to help them become 10–100x more effective and efficient in all aspects of their role at Meesho. This includes driving prioritization, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day activities. In addition, you will actively contribute to employee engagement initiatives — including planning, hosting, and executing events and other creative initiatives to enhance team culture and collaboration. This is a 6-month internship opportunity. Post the internship stint, basis performance, the role will be converted into a full-time Executive Assistant to GMs position.
What You’ll Do
- Calendar & Communication Management – Handle schedules, emails & leadership interactions
- Travel & Expense Support – Organize travel plans & manage expenses
- Event Management & Executive Support- Plan and host internal/external events, support leadership in public engagements, and ensure seamless execution of executive-facing forums.
- Stakeholder Management – Act as the key POC between leadership & internal/external teams
- Crisis Management – Solve problems on the go & ensure smooth workflows
What you will need
- Internship or campus leadership experience are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, MS Office, or similar tools
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
